What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, and AirtelTigo Money.
Bank transfer and card payments are not supported at the moment.
Is payment on delivery (POD) available?
Yes, for selected items. Products that support payment on delivery are clearly marked with a POD tag.
What is your return policy?
If there’s any issue with your order, you can request a refund or return
here. If a return is required, you won’t pay any return fees.
Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Not yet. We currently deliver only within the Ashanti Region.
Other regions will be added in the future.
