We currently ship within Ghana.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

5. Order Tracking

If tracking becomes available, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. We don't do order tracking presently

6. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it is lost, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date). We will investigate the issue with the courier.
